Career
The state’s current world champion. Won the WBO super bantamweight title in 2020, then took the IBF featherweight belt with a tenth-round knockout of Luis Alberto ‘Venado’ Lopez at Tingley Coliseum in August 2024 — the first world title won on New Mexico soil in years. Retained against Tomoki Kameda in Japan in May 2025.
